Stopped by on our way home from Schleswig. Lured by the consistently excellent reviews, we deliberately wandered in for an afternoon coffee just in time for opening. The pear crumble cake and berry cream cake not only looked delicious, they tasted fantastic. We felt completely at home, well looked after, and a bit like we were at home on the sofa. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely stop by again! Thank you, and see you soon!

We visited this small, unassuming café today. We were very impressed by the cozy atmosphere. The very friendly, attentive service also made our visit more enjoyable. We'll definitely visit this café again 😀

A cute little café with delicious, fresh cakes that always change, and lovely drinks! The café is lovingly decorated, and the owner also sells her charming handmade pottery figurines! There's always time for a little chat – very cozy!

The many positive reviews were reason enough for us to pay "Lotte's Shop" a visit. We weren't disappointed at all—quite the opposite, in fact—we were utterly charmed by the unique atmosphere. We wish there were more places like this. We were particularly taken with the wonderful pottery. And while we enjoyed the fresh apple tart and delicious coffee, we discussed which of the many enchanting pieces we could bring back with us to the Ore Mountains. Our plan almost fell through because Lotte's unfortunately doesn't accept card payments. But the owner spontaneously offered us the option of paying via PayPal. Now that's what we call flexibility—simply fantastic!

We went for a walk in Gommern yesterday and discovered this wonderful café as the perfect way to end our day. It had a very cozy and peaceful atmosphere, with lots of love. The cakes were first-class, and the coffee was also delicious. To finish off, we picked up two bottles of locally produced mulled wine. We'll remember this little secret spot. We'd love to come back. Even with our dog, it was no problem.

I would gladly give twice as many points if it were possible. A truly lovely, small, and cozy café. We had cake, tea, and cappuccino, and everything was excellent. A heartfelt thank you to the friendly owner.

Wonderful shop, very lovingly decorated, super nice landlady, Lotte aka Heike, is sooo nice, entertaining, and funny. They serve delicious cakes. A dream. Still an insider tip, but hopefully soon it will become well-known and popular among all Jommeran residents.

Very cozy, and finally a café in Gommern that's upscale. The cake and cappuccino were first-class! A special feature is the gallery feel. The owner is a potter.

The owner is incredibly friendly and humorous, and she makes fantastic cakes. The shop is also full of little works of art, such as pottery figurines; even the dishes are handmade. There's a great selection of hot drinks, all available with oat milk. There's something for everyone here, and the atmosphere is like being in a living room. Small but perfectly formed.
